Replace oil pan filter

Crankcase vapors are formed because diesel vapor escapes past the piston rings during the power stroke of a combustion engine. These vapors end up under the crankcase. The filter purifies these vapors.

The crankcase filter must be replaced according to specific maintenance intervals. Check the manual to see which interval is recommended for your machine. Or ask our specialists.

Replacing air filters

Air filters ensure that clean air is drawn into the engine. Replace them in a timely manner. This benefits the lifespan of the turbo.

Change swing gearbox oil

There is only one type of oil suitable for a slewing gearbox in a Liebherr. That is oil of the LS90 type. Always make sure to use this oil when changing it. Are you unsure? Then contact one of our specialists.

Adjusting valves

Do you want to adjust the valves yourself? Do this after every 2,000 operating hours. We supply a complete kit for adjusting valves so you can get started yourself. Of course, we can also take care of this job for you completely.
